Digital CoverMarket is the Digital Community Marketplace (DCM) of the my-SCN.com ecosystem, operated and supported by Property Exchange Kft. and participating ecosystem partners.
By using the service, the user accepts these Terms of Service.
Digital CoverMarket is a digital community environment that provides members of the my-SCN.com ecosystem with access to community features, collaboration opportunities, digital tools and related services.
The primary purpose of the present site and service is to provide the pre-registration process for Digital CoverMarket.
The Digital CoverMarket pre-registration period is available between:
May 12, 2026 – May 31, 2026.
Property Exchange Kft. reserves the right to modify or terminate the pre-registration period.
The following access options may become available during the pre-registration period:
Available services, features and access options may change depending on the development stage.
Digital CoverMarket services are available to members of the my-SCN.com ecosystem.
Access becomes available after successful registration, login and membership verification.
The service is available globally, with primary community connections in Hungary and Romania.
The service may be used from the age of 16.
Users between the ages of 16 and 18 may use the service only under parental or legal guardian supervision.
Access purchases made during pre-registration qualify as digital services.
Users may request a refund until May 31, 2026.
Refund requests may be initiated via support@property-exchange.hu.
Property Exchange Kft. reserves the right to review and process refund requests.
Property Exchange Kft. reserves the right to restrict, suspend or revoke membership or access in cases of policy violations, abuse or conduct that may endanger the operation of the community.
In such cases, the user is not entitled to a refund.
All rights related to the Digital CoverMarket system, branding, content and associated digital services belong to Property Exchange Kft. or related ecosystem partners.
The content of the service may not be copied, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
