1. General information

This Refund Policy applies to the pre-registration and access services of Digital CoverMarket.

2. Nature of the service

The pre-registration and access services of Digital CoverMarket qualify as digital services.

During pre-registration, users may acquire digital membership access rights and ecosystem participation rights for the services of Digital CoverMarket.

The available access options may include:

  • annual access for the 2027 period,
  • lifetime access.

Lifetime access applies for the operating period of the Digital CoverMarket service.

After purchase, the user may receive digital ecosystem participation units as part of the community access right.

These digital participation units are exclusively connected to community and participation functions within the Digital CoverMarket ecosystem.

3. Refund eligibility

The user may submit a refund request within 72 hours following the purchase, but no later than May 31, 2026.

Refund requests may be submitted to the following email address: support@property-exchange.hu.

Property Exchange Kft. is entitled to assess and verify refund requests on an individual basis.

To process the refund request, Property Exchange Kft. may request additional information in order to identify the transaction.

4. Activation of digital access

The user acknowledges that Digital CoverMarket provides digital access services.

Following the activation of digital access, and the crediting of ecosystem participation rights and digital participation units, the purchase may be non-refundable in whole or in part.

Commencing use of the service or activating access may limit refund eligibility.

5. Processing of refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable period of time.

The refund may be made using the original payment method or another appropriate method determined by Property Exchange Kft.

Processing time may depend on the operation of payment service providers and transaction systems.

6. Exclusion of refunds

The user is not entitled to a refund in the following cases:

  • in the event of a violation of rules or abuse,
  • in the event of conduct that endangers community operations,
  • in the event of revocation of membership or access,
  • in the event of unauthorized or abusive use,
  • after the activation of digital participation rights or accesses.

Property Exchange Kft. reserves the right to investigate and assess such cases.

7. Payment disputes and chargeback procedures

The user undertakes to contact customer support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

8. Amendments to the policy

Property Exchange Kft. is entitled to amend this Refund Policy.

The amended version shall enter into force upon publication.
